    ORDER

    I didn't receive an order confirmation, is there something wrong?

    We’re very sorry if you didn’t receive your order confirmation. Please send us an e-mail to Info@agustinemederos.com and include your information and we will send you a new e-mail confirmation. Please make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email to Info@agustinemederos.com and we will do our best.

    RETURNS

    How can I return products?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return products in original condition within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note, the cost to return products from international destinations will require the customer to bare shipping costs.

    I've returned the package, what's next?

    Within 5 business days from receiving your return package, we’ll contact you with more information about when you can expect to receive the refund.

    How can I exchange products?

    In order to imitate the product exchange process, please send us an email with your order number and reason for exchange. Once the returned Item has been received by us, the product exchange process can be initiated. Please note, product exchanges are only valid for returns in the original condition you received them.
